How do I turn off my extension?

If you choose to turn off the Sapher Shield browser extension, remember to proceed browsing and clicking on links (e.g. in SMS or emails) with caution, as Sapher Shield will no longer be able to protect you against scam and phishing attempts. 

To deactivate the Sapher Shield browser extension, follow these steps: 

On desktop 

• Navigate to the puzzle piece next to your Sapher Shield browser extension icon, in the top-right corner 
• In the drop-down window, select "Manage extensions"  
• Find the Sapher Shield browser extension, and toggle the button to OFF mode 

Ensure to reactivate the Sapher Shield browser extension on all your devices for continued browsing protection.
