How to install Sapher Shield on desktop
What exactly is a browser extension? Well, it's like a little extra boost for your browsing experience. Think of it as a piece of software that, once installed, adds custom functions tailored to your needs. Examples could be password managers, ad-blockers, or spell checkers.
Now, when it comes to safeguarding our customers, Sapher Shield's got your back through a browser extension.
How to install Sapher Shield?
- Once you’ve signed-up here, you will be asked to verify your account via the link issued in an email (the email will be sent to the email-address used during the sign-up process). Make sure to verify your account within 24 hours after receiving the verification email. Click "Activate account". If you fail to verify your account within 24 hours, you must sign up again to create an account.
- On the landing page, download the Sapher Shield. Remember to install the Sapher Shield browser extension on every browser you use. Installing Sapher Shield on one browser does not automatically install it on all your browsers.
- Once installed, open your internet browser. Click the three little dots in the top right corner and select "Manage extensions".
- In the extension window, you can now toggle the Sapher Shield browser extension to ON.
- Now click the puzzle icon in the top right corner and pin the Sapher Shield logo.
