When a website receives a low Sapher Shield rating, you’ll receive an alert like below.
In some cases, however, you may encounter legitimate websites that have lower Sapher Shield ratings and have therefore triggered a Sapher Shield alert.
If this occurs, you can add any website to an exemption list by ticking the ‘I trust add to exemption list’ box (when alert is received).
Please do this with caution (after reviewing all the Sapher Shield warnings), as it is always possible that legitimate brand websites are impersonated by scammers. If a user chose to proceed and visit a website even though Sapher Shield has deemed the site as suspicious, the user is doing so at their own risk (see Terms and conditions).
