My extension shows a blank window when I click on the tiny browser icon. What does it mean?

When you click on the Sapher Shield browser extension icon in your top-right corner, and the Sapher Shield banner is loading in a circular motion with no outcome (i.e. neither a green tick nor a red flagg is reached), it means the browser extension is not turned on. Click here to sign in.
